External Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR)
For external CSR, HMN involve in social responsibility actions targeted at local community by participation from the whole organisation and are involving public interest. For instance, food aid for those who affected during this pandemic, donation to small villagers and by giving them morale support. Besides that, HMN do provide some allocation for every department to do their CSR. This motive had been carried forward since few years back to encourage our staff to have the responsibility towards social.
HMN strongly believe that the social relationships intrinsic to volunteer work are critical to individual and community well-being. Local Community Involvement is infused with values such as solidarity, reciprocity, mutual trust, belonging and empowerment, all of which contribute significantly to quality of life.
HMN are working with governments and civil society to hold those in power to account and to represent the voices of those who are often left out of development decisions such as women, youth and marginalized groups. The end result is more inclusive and ultimately more effective development.
