It’s a ‘Meet & Greet’ session between our new staff and interns with our Group Managing Director, Mr. Awang Habiburllah bin Awang Ismail. Despite his busy life, our MD will try to clear his schedule just for the session.

The session is one part of a few sessions for our On-Boarding program. The program is our regular process by which the new hires (new staff and interns) are introduced to the social and performance aspects of their new job, with the goal of getting them adjusted quickly, increasing productivity and reducing turnover.

This process also includes teaching them about the attitudes, competencies, company culture, employee expectations, and behaviors required to function effectively within an organization.
