TECHNICAL SITE VISIT TO JENDELA TOWER AT KAMPUNG SURABAYA LAWAS

A notable event unfolded as YB Datuk Haji Julaihi Bin Haji Nawari, the Minister of Utilities and Telecommunications of Sarawak, spearheaded a collaborative technical site visit to the iconic tower in Kampung Surabaya Lawas. This joint effort involved the participation of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), Redtone, Danawa Resources Sdn Bhd, and HMN Nadhir Sdn Bhd. The objective of the visit was to assess the tower’s condition and explore strategies for its preservation, highlighting their dedication to safeguarding cultural heritage.
